10 September Days In France

Update:
Polyvore was acquired and shut down. All Polyvore collages have been disabled. I'm sorry the images for this post aren't showing up. I don't want to take this post down, however, because what they did was a little shady.

France has been on my bucket list.
As you read this, Bill and I are on our way home from 10 days in France.
I can' t wait to tell you about our trip.

Let me tell you how we packed.
I played with Polyvore in order to get an idea of what kind of outfits I could create.
All of this fit into a medium sized suitcase.

Some of the items in my design board are items that I own. Others are similar to what I own. The prices below do not reflect what I paid for them. I'm too cheap for some of those prices.

I also created a design board for Bill.

  1. Katie- your trip sounds glorious and how smart you were about your packing.
    I always pack too much.
(I love your LV cross body bag.)

  2. France! Sigh! I love Paris and what I've seen in Normandy and Brittany -- never been south! Smart packing. I used to overpack and the last time I dragged my oversized suitcase to my friend's fifth floor Paris flat, I said "never again!" (That was in 2009. I've been much better since!) The technique sure is a good one!

  3. I've been following you in Paris on Instagram. Can't wait to read all the details! Sounds like you had an amazing time. I've never made a Polyvore board - looks like a great idea for packing!
