Here are the last four stops on our tour through the homes and blogs of my fellow Texans.
This has been amazing and I hope you have enjoyed it.
My hope is that we have inspired you to decorate your home for autumn.
Here is a look at our master bedroom decorated for the season.
I found the pretty gold pumpkin at Tuesday Morning.
I needed some gold to coordinate with the our newish pillow from the trip we took to Magnolia Market last April. It is the Sophie Pillow.
We bought the gold pillow on that trip and I adore it.
We weren't ready to change the accent color in here, so I used the pillow as a springboard for our fall decor.
If you buy one thing this season, I recommend the HERMINE throw from IKEA.
We bought one last year and loved it so much that we got one for our room too.
It is darling for fall. It's gray, brown with a touch of deep, deep gold.
IKEA doesn't sell their throws online but I've seen them on eBay if you don't live close to a store.
We like life without a bedskirt.
Bill loves the clean lines and that there is no junk under the bed.
The chandelier was a curbside find three years ago.
I adore it.
"Squirrel Nutkin" came from the same trip to Tuesday Morning.
I welcome squirrels in the house but loath them when they raid the bird feeder.
Laura has the perfect blend of decor inspiration and inspiration for living on her blog.
Her posts are always insightful and beautiful.
Her black and white mantel is just too wonderful.

Julie has impeccable taste.
Her chalkboard signs are adorable and I adore her kitchen.

I think the closest IKEA to me is like 90 miles away. I wish we'd get one closer.
ReplyDeleteHi Katie, Your bedroom is beautiful, cozy and a warm place to retreat. Love your throw from IKEA and the nightstand pumpkin is beautiful. So much charm here and an inspiration. It's been a great week touring around Texas. Thank you for all you have done to bring this fun week together for us all. Wishing you a great weekend. Enjoy the rain today. xo
ReplyDeleteHi Katie! I love your beautiful bedroom! That is a pretty throw but I'm crushing on your bed linens - the white cover and pillows. You have just the right touch of fall in your pretty room.
ReplyDeleteThanks for popping in to see me.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
The gray and brown throw is perfect Katie. Really enjoyed seeing all the fall decor.
ReplyDeleteYour bedroom is so beautiful! I can't believe you found your chandy on the curb! Wow! I have the same Ikea throw and I love it too. It really is so perfect for fall. Thanks so much for putting the fall tour together! I know it must have been a lot of work and I think it turned out really great!
ReplyDeleteKatie, I just love your beautiful bedroom and your touches of Fall. Love your little squirrel. Like you, I have several that eat more than their share of the bird seed too. Great post for the Falling In Love With Texas Blog Tour. You have done an outstanding job in organizing and making this run smoothly. Just a big Texas thanks.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
