100! 

One Hundred! 

I can't believe it. Where are the balloons? 

Should we crack open champagne? 

Let's have a party - a good old fashioned link party. 

Thank you so much for your support the last two years. I couldn't have done it without my faithfuls. 

This week was eventful. 

The floor men were here on Thursday. 

I'm thrilled to report that our stairs are done. 

They are not perfect but they are almost perfect. 

I'll write a more in detail post about the day and how it went. 

I am so thankful that this is done.

I even went and got a spring garland since I missed decorating our stairs at Christmas. 

On Friday, my brother and I drove to Shreveport to see my precious aunt. 

I will have a post all about her in the coming weeks. 

She is such a darling. We have many similar personality traits. 

A friend of mine gave me a darling mantel. 

It was the centerpiece of a Pinterest Challenge. 

I've even decorated it again this afternoon.

I loved this post by Deb @ Debbie Dabble.

 She and I reached the milestone of retirement about the same time. 

I love her thoughts for her future. 

I've since gone back to work two days a week since I didn't take the time to really contemplate what retirement would look like. I was just so ready to be done with my old job. 

I also loved this post about flowers by My Hubbard Home. 

I love picking up a bunch of flowers at the grocery store.
