"Knock, knock."
"Who's there?"
"Orange."
"Orange who?"
"Orange you glad it's almost time to put away the orange?"
Yup.
I have very little self control when it comes to seasonal decorating.
I can't wait so I'll start pulling stuff out a teensy bit early but then it so tempting to put it all away before Halloween.
I'm so over the orange.
Orange is a hard accent colors for me to live with.
I wanted to show you a few Halloween vignettes before it is time to pack them all away until I can't control myself next year.
I adore my Department 56 Halloween house.

This is all so pretty, Katie! And I understand about the orange...some of my decorations have already made their way back to storage lol.
ReplyDeleteI'm more than ready for Halloween.
ReplyDeleteLove your Halloween decorations. I love what other people do but I mainly decorate for Fall ... but not Halloween. I have already started changing out some of my Fall decorations for something more simple and easy to change into Christmas. These holidays come too quick.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting the Monday Social. I always enjoy it.
Ha. I think we're sisters. On with the Thanksgiving. Speaking of. Nov. 1 begins the Fabulous Thanksgiving Party at my blog over here:

Hi Katie, Love your Halloween decor. Your home is so festive and inviting. I'm like you, love getting it out, but after a few weeks, ready to move on to the next holiday decor. Thanks for sharing your vignettes and inspiring. Have a nice weekend and Happy Halloween!
ReplyDeleteKatie, I am cheered by your happy Halloween things! And yes, I'm ready to put them all away too!!!
ReplyDeleteYou did a lot more orange than I did. Always, it's so tastefully done. I'm just a white, gray, neutral kind of girl.
ReplyDeleteYour Halloween decor looks wonderful, Katie. Orange doesn't fit in too well with my decor either, but it's fun to have it out for Halloween. Thanks for sharing at Snickerdoodle. Pinned to my Halloween Board.
ReplyDeleteI do very little seasonal decorating. Just today, I took out my light-up pumpkin for the front porch - just to make the kids smile on Halloween. I'll probably put it away tomorrow. You may not like orange, but everything you added to your decor looks great!
ReplyDeleteKatie,
ReplyDeleteTomorrow is November 1.... and Thanksgiving before we know it. My pumpkins are neutral colored and still be used for Thanksgiving. Your Halloween decorations are fun.
