Keep In Touch #191

Hi, Friends,

How are you? Can you believe that it's been a year since lockdown? Bill and I both felt weird all last week. I believe that there was a little cyclical depression going on. We have snapped out of it and immersed ourselves in projects.

He started on my raised beds out in East Texas. He also did some demo out in the cabin.

My garden is going in the front yard. It's the sunniest spot and the front needs curb appeal. There will be four raised beds, a picket fence and an arbor. We moved the potting shed to the corner of the future garden.
I'll have more on that once it's finished. This, in addition to a telephoto lens, will be my birthday, mother's day and anniversary gift rolled into one. I cannot wait to get planting. I need to lens to photograph my birds out there.

I got a second opinion about my wax leaf ligustrums. I suspected they were dead and my garden guru and friend confirmed it for me. I cut them down yesterday.

I'll have another post about this because I have some deep thoughts about it.
That's not a shock is it?
Haha.

I shared some of my pitcher collection in  the Lifestyle of Love Blog Hop.

Now for the features.
I loved this post about styling baskets by CoCo at The Crowned Goat.

I'm so impressed with these bird paintings by Liz at Howling At The Moon.

Thanks for linking up last week.
I can't wait to see what you are up to this week. I'm sure there will be tons of spring and Easter inspiration.
