Keep In Touch #207

Hello,
How are you? I hope you are well.
Welcome to Keep In Touch.

Last week I shared an East Texas Update. We are eight months into our new property in the country.

We've made a lot of progress in the last eight months.

I am in love with my poteger garden.
I've planted a new batch of seeds for some late summer/early fall harvests. (I hope!)
We've have some friends coming to stay this weekend. We're so excited to share our cozy place with people.

I've been finishing up some unfinished projects before I begin any else new.
I've had a tablecloth that my mother started before her death in 1970. I've had it for 40 years or so. I finally got it hemmed. There is a section of unfinished cross stitches near the hem. I'm not sure if I'll complete those or not. I don't have the floss to match right now so I have time to think about it.
I've completed one of her needlepoints so I'm not super driven to finish this. It's sweet that it tells a story.
Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.

Now for the features.
Judith at Botanic Bleu shares her dream sunspace. This is a wonderful use of space and it has gorgeous natural light.

French Creek Farmhouse shares her laundry room/mud room makeover and some roller coaster events along the way.
How cute is it?

Thanks for joining in.
I think I'm going to take the rest of the summer off from hosting my party.
I promised myself that I wouldn't be a party only blogger and lately it feels like I am. We're about to start some new stuff at the new house and that will keep me busy for a while.
I'll be back next week to pick features and then I will see you in September.
I appreciate all of you. Your constant support means so much to me.
