Hello, September/Fall Decor Through The Years

I don't know about you but I'm thrilled that September is here.
I've started thinking about our fall decor but I won't be decorating until later in the month.
Here is a look back at some of my previous fall decorations throughout my years of blogging.

2012
My first year of blogging. We got the kitchen cabinets painted in October of 2012.
I was thrilled.

2013
I recovered some pumpkins in burlap in 2012 but burlap was a major theme throughout the house in 2013.

2014
I was in love with black and white in 2014.

I'd just discovered velvet pumpkins.

I was completely smitten with owls.
There was just a pop of orange.

2015
I used a lot of vintage elements in 2015.

Our room was gorgeous in browns.
The guest room in rust was too cute.

The living room was dressed in gold tones.

A little antique painting from my mother in law inspired this scheme.

2016
Last year's scheme was very subdued.
I used ticking stripes.

I ordered the hydrangeas off of eBay.

They were gorgeous. The faux baby boo pumpkins came from Pottery Barn.

There you have it.
A look back on fall through the years.
If you would like to see more, have a look through my archives.
What will 2017 look like? I'm not sure I know.
Have a wonderful day.
Katie
