Hi, Everybody,
Welcome to Keep In Touch.
I spent a very profitable day in the garden. The weather was gorgeous. I'm still assessing damage from Uri. My roses have already started to sprout new growth except for my pink miniature rose. I hope it isn't dead because I think I got it from a student. My hydrangea is sprouting too. The bulbs are working their magic.
Initially, it looked like my pansies in pots were okay.
Nope. They are rotten at the root line. Pansies in the ground fared much better. Unless they bounce back soon, there will no pansies in little vases this spring.
I shared a chit chatty post here.
I shared an update on the outbuilding/cabin here.
Now for the features.
I'm wild about this swan from Howling at the Moon.
Have a great week.
Katie
Thanks so much for hosting! I’m linking up with WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE DINNER IN THE SKY?
ReplyDeleteI really LOVE that color of green for your guest house. It's going to be gorgeous! I need to get out in the yard and see how my shrubs and bushes faired. The magnolia/tulip tree has fuzzy buds all over it, so I'm hoping the knockout rose and hydrangeas made it too. Thanks for hosting, Katie. I always love coming by to join the party!
ReplyDeleteKatie,
