Going Green

I'm not sure if it is because I just went and saw "Wicked", but I have been so inspired by green lately.

I started a Pinterest board the other night.
You can see it here.
I typed green into the search bar and oodles of inspiration popped up.

Drop dead gorgeous images depicting luscious green.
One of the first to catch my eye was an image of green glass.

It just so happens that the green glass collection made the cut when we did a recent purge of some of our belongings.

I got it out and started playing with it on Wednesday.

There is already a touch of green in the room because of the stained glass.

Such a gorgeous color. Perfect for this time of year when the young leaves are bright green on the trees just budding out for spring.
Thanks for reading!
Have a great day.

  1. I agree that this time of year the green outside is so much more intense. Your use of green in your home is really pretty! I haven't seen Wicked before.

  4. The pop of green on your fireplace mantel really brings spring into your home, Katie. I love the vintage stained glass window and your collection of green coordinates nicely. This is my favorite time of year, when the new leaves on the trees are bright green. Enjoy the season!
