Hi everybody.
I hope you are well.
I don't know about you but I'm having an off day. Usually, a trip out to the garden perks me up but not today.
I guess that's just how it's going to be for a while during this virus situation.
Let me know your tips for staying encouraged and upbeat.
This week I shared a post about my bathroom on the 7th anniversary of the remodel.
We're a month or so shy of that but it got a deep cleaning last week.
I chatted about our victory garden in this post.
This morning a fun Pinterest Challenge went live.
Now for the features.
These "un-brownies" look amazing. I love lemon anything.
I love some sort of fruit theme for our summer decor.
This post by Love My Little Cottage has great tutorial on how to paint this darling watering can.
Thank you so much for linking up last week.
Katie
your bathroom still looks wonderful, and love your topsy turvy flower pots. I still don't have it figured out in my head how you did it. thanks for the party, Katie!
ReplyDeleteYour bathroom looks great, and the topsy turvy challenge turned out so cute, Katie. I've been baking, cooking, cleaning, sewing, gardening, and crocheting. Our Tuesday Morning opened this week, and I went there today. It was nice to get out! Thank you so much for hosting.
ReplyDeleteKtie,
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for stopping by and for your kind comments!!Sorry you are having an off day... I do not watch any of the national news and I have now learned to tune out a lot of the local news even though it is fairly good in our area with less and less cases. I just focus on what I want to do for the day like I have been doing since I retired 15 months ago...I keep very busy and I think that helps a lot...
Thanks so much for continuing to host during this health crisis, spreading beauty, laughter and information!! Stay Safe, Healthy and Happy!!
Hugs,
Debbie
Well, I couldn't figure out why there was no "Let's Keep in Touch" this week and was beginning to worry if you two were OK. Then this morning I realized that yesterday was Tuesday, not Wednesday. I'm getting way too confused! My only tip to keep from being down is to stay busy in whatever way makes me happy. I will also add that sometimes it is much easier said than done.
ReplyDeleteHope your day gets better, Katie! I know everything is starting to create a bit of weariness so give yourself lots of grace and do something fun that feels like it's just for you! Thanks for hosting, hugs, CoCo
ReplyDeleteHi Katie. Your bath is so pretty and I love the idea of a Victory Garden. We will survive. Just keeping busy is what helps me whether painting which I am loving and watching TV, believe it or not, it occupies my mind. Thanks for hosting and stay well..xxoJudy
